We do all of it in house. The people who built your booth are the people who install it. When something needs an answer, there is one number to call.
We often have more than one client at the same show. When that happens, shipping supervision and crew costs get split between them, so each exhibitor pays less than they would on their own.
A Team One supervisor is at your booth every morning before the doors open. They walk the exhibit, check power, graphics, and AV, and fix the small things before anyone else sees them. Install and dismantle are ours as well, on our schedule, with our own crew.
You get one phone number for the whole show. If the hall changes something overnight, we handle it and tell you what happened.
When the show closes, the exhibit comes back to Kennesaw on our truck and into our storage. We inspect it, repair what the road did to it, and refresh graphics or layout before the next date.
Return freight, crate repair, and refurbishing are part of the service, not a separate vendor. The same exhibit can run a full show season without anyone on your side touching a pallet.
